Refund policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
Extrudio’s plans and credit packs are sold by Polar, our reseller and the merchant of record for every order. This policy says when you can get your money back, and how to ask. It’s part of our terms of use.
The short version
- Within 30 days of a purchase, you can get a refund for the credits it added that you haven’t used.
- To ask, write to support@extrudio.site.
- Cancelling a plan stops its renewals; a refund of a whole month also ends the plan at once.
- Credits spent on images and videos that rendered aren’t refunded.
What you can get back
Within 30 days of a purchase, you can ask for a refund of the credits it added that you haven’t used yet. You get back their share of what you paid. For example, if you paid $30 for 200 credits and have used 50, you get $22.50 back, and the 150 unused credits leave your account.
Credits spent on images and videos that rendered aren’t refunded. If an image fails, retrying it is free, and if a video fails, its credits come back by themselves.
Starter credits, and credits we add to your account, aren’t bought, so there’s nothing to refund.
If we ever stop the service for good, we refund the unused share of your credit packs, and of the month of a plan you’re in, whenever you bought them.
Plans
Each month of a plan is a purchase of its own: within 30 days of its payment, the month’s unused credits can be refunded. A plan’s credits end at each renewal, so in practice that’s the month you’re in.
If you haven’t used any of the month’s credits, the whole month is refunded, and the plan ends at once. If you have, the refund is for the unused part, and the plan goes on and renews, unless you cancel it.
Cancelling alone refunds nothing: the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then ends.
How to ask
Write to support@extrudio.site from the address on your account, and say which purchase it is. We answer within three working days.
Polar, as the merchant of record, sends the money back the way you paid, and may also refund a purchase on its own, under its rules. Once a refund goes through, the refunded credits leave your account. If you’ve spent some of them since you asked, your balance can drop below zero, and new renders wait until it’s above zero again.
Your rights as a consumer
This policy adds to the rights you have under the law where you live, and takes none away. Consumers in some countries, such as those in the EU, the UK and Israel, may cancel some purchases within 14 days, as the law there sets out. Polar’s Buyer Terms apply to each purchase too.
